| When are matches played? | Tuesday evenings from 8pm between September and April. |  |
| How many players will I need in my team? | You only need 6 players for a team, however our flexible format allows for up to 10 players in a team. |  |
| How much will it cost? | Match fees are £100 per team per season payable in three installments of £30, £35 and £35. Based on a team of six players this works out at £16.66 per player and this also includes FREE ENTRY to the Singles Championship, Singles Handicap Championship, Singles League and the Pairs Handicap Championship. Some clubs pay their teams match fees for them. In addition to match fees your team will be responsible for table costs. Most clubs provide a match table free of charge. |

| What do my match fees pay for? | League running costs including winners trophies. Trophies are awarded to winners, runners-up and third-placed teams in league divisions one and two. Trophies are also awarded to the winners and runners-up in the Knockout Cup, Knockout Plate, Singles Championship, Handicap Singles Championship, Singles League and Handicap Pairs Championship. Additional trophies are awarded to the players who make the highest breaks in each division during the season and also to a player from each team who is chosen as the team's Player of the Season. At the end of the season we hold our Annual Golf Day and Presentation Dinner at a local golf course. The league subsidises the cost of this event. As we are a charitable league any surplus funds are donated to local childrens charities and organisations. |

| Will my team need to attend any meetings? | You should assign a manager or captain for your team who should attend league meetings which are usually held once a month during the season. The AGM is held every September. Only one person from each club needs to attend meetings and up to two players from each club are allowed to vote. |  |
